NHLPA Certified Agent, hockey executive, coach and entrepreneur, Dustin brings a broad and practical perspective to player representation, shaped by a lifetime immersed in the game at multiple levels.
A former AAA player and coach, Junior hockey General Manager and member of the Board of Directors, Dustin has developed a deep understanding of player development, evaluation, team operations and the business of hockey. His experience is further strengthened through mentorship from one of the longest-serving and most respected player agents in the industry, where he gained valuable expertise in contract negotiations, free agency, salary arbitration and the complexities of representing professional hockey players.
As an NHLPA Certified Agent, Dustin combines this professional expertise with a personal understanding of the game and the people within it. His approach is built on relationships, trust, preparation and honest communication. He understands that every player's path is different and works closely with players and their families to navigate opportunities, make informed decisions and build long-term success — on the ice and beyond.
JOHN HENDRY

John is a former professional hockey player, NCAA National Champion, NHL draft selection, and accomplished hockey executive. Following his collegiate and professional playing career, he transitioned into coaching and player development, where he has spent more than a decade mentoring young athletes, building high-performing programs, and helping players advance to the next level.
As an experienced hockey professional, John is responsible for identifying and evaluating elite talent across Western Canada while providing strategic guidance to players and their families throughout the development process.
His approach is rooted in mentorship — building trusted relationships, understanding each player’s potential, and providing honest guidance as they navigate their development and advancement. Known for his strong network, detailed player evaluations, and commitment to player success, John is a trusted advisor dedicated to helping athletes reach the junior, collegiate, and professional levels.
NICK GENTLEMAN
LEAD SCOUT & PLAYER AGENT, EASTERN CANADA
Nick is an experienced hockey agent and advisor with seven years of experience representing elite-level players and working with athletes and families throughout their hockey careers. Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Nick brings a strong Eastern Canadian hockey network and a relationship-focused approach to player representation.
His experience includes player development, talent identification and player advocacy. Nick is committed to helping players and families navigate the opportunities and challenges of competitive hockey while making informed decisions that support their long-term success.
Known for his energy, accessibility and commitment to his clients, Nick builds lasting relationships and provides dedicated support throughout every stage of a player’s career.
